inspire stands for professional projects in the fields of education, culture, economy, and labour and offers high-quality project management on all levels: leadership, implementation, and support.


Inspire is a group of experts in education and project management. We aim at bringing together different people, competences, and approaches in projects to best meet our assignments. We stick to the principles such as interdisciplinarity, openness, readiness to share, and sustainable methods.​

Currently based in Aquitaine (France), Radar-B is working in a virtual way. Radar  develops European projects in the fields of Education, Vocational training and Culture.

Radar B plans to publish E Books related to the following topics: Training for trainers accompanying persons with literacy difficulties; Intercultural behavior training for persons involved in International projects; training for social practitioners; French as a Foreign Language; evaluation of social competences (internet based). Those E Books will be based on our experience in European projects.

The Swiss Federation for Adult Learning (SVEB) is the umbrella organisation for general and vocational adult learning.


SVEB develops innovative projects in the field of lifelong learning for various target groups (low skilled workers and adults that lack basic skills, migrants, women and elderly people). SVEB has also developed and currently runs a professional “train the trainer system” and a quality system for adult education providers (eduQua).

Bulgarian Reading Association (BulRA) is a national affiliate of the International Reading Association (IRA) and a member of the Federation of the European Literacy Associations (FELA).

It is an NGO involved in various educational projects and activities outreaching diverse target groups – students of different age, parents, school and university teachers, and educators in general. Its national network of members and partners makes it possible to directly target prospective learners from different geographical sites, of different social and ethnic background and thus disseminate good practice.
